Swedru All Blacks Football Club has officially signed former Nations FC winger Faisal Charwetey ahead of the 2025-2026 Ghana Premier League season.
Charwetey’s signing comes at the start of All Blacks’ pre-season campaign with the upcoming league campaign due to commence in September.
The 23 year old Charwetey starred in the GPL for Nations FC for a season and a half after sealing a move from Akatsi All-Stars before joining Albania side FK Bylis midway through the 2025-2026 season.

After returning to the elite division after 16 years, All Blacks ended last season in 15th place narrowly escaping relegation.
Charwetey’s return to the GPL comes at a time where All Blacks are reportedly in serious negotiations with striker Rudolf Mensah.

25 year old Mensah starred for All Blacks scoring 11 goals including an acrobatic finish in the crucial 2-1 win over Kumasi Asante Kotoko that secured All Blacks’ stay in the GPL.

Mensah has drawn serious interest from clubs in Croatia, Czechia and Greece reportedly.
