Kotoko will travel to the Nsenkyire Arena in Samreboi on Sunday, September 20, for their Week 3 fixture. Tinkler, who took charge during the offseason, has guided Kotoko to an unbeaten start, with a 2-1 win over Kpando Heart of Lions followed by a 2-2 draw against debutants Debibi United.
Samartex have also made a strong start under new head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang, winning both of their opening games to sit second on the league table. Kotoko are currently fourth and will be looking to extend their unbeaten run against the in-form Samartex side.
“We can’t control the fact that the trip will be a very long trip that is just a fact and we have to accept it but we’ve got to try to make the best of it.”
