A former X Factor contestant has been remanded in custody after appearing in court over an alleged attempted murder incident involving a social media influencer in central London.
Gabrielle Carrington, 29, is accused of driving a vehicle into Klaudia Zakrzewska outside a nightclub in Soho in the early hours of Sunday.
Prosecutors told Westminster Magistrates’ Court that the incident followed an altercation involving several individuals near the venue. It is alleged that Carrington later returned to her car and drove onto the pavement, hitting Zakrzewska and two others, including a security guard.

Emergency services confirmed that Zakrzewska remains in a life-threatening condition, while the security guard sustained serious injuries.
Carrington faces charges including attempted murder, dangerous driving, and drink driving. She did not enter a plea during her initial court appearance.
She has been remanded in custody and is expected to appear next at the Old Bailey on 19 May.
