A review of public sector recruitments following the December 7, 2024, elections has upheld 1,201 appointments while revoking 541, according to findings from a Special Committee set up by the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah.
The panel examined appointments made during the transition period after the 2024 general elections, following the revocation of 2,080 appointments over concerns that the Akufo-Addo administration had bypassed established civil service recruitment procedures.
