Dancehall artist Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has announced a new project aimed at helping his unemployed fans. The initiative, called the Project 1GHC Initiative, will ask fans to contribute a small amount of money to create jobs and support each other.

In a post on social media, he stated that he has been receiving many complaints from fans who are out of work and believes this new project can help solve the problem.

“SM FANS LET’S START PAYING OUR DUES AND CREATE EMPLOYMENT OUT OF THAT. I AM GETTING TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNEMPLOYED FANS. I CAN’T DO IT ALL BUT WE ALL CAN.”
