The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced that online registration for the 2025/2026 service year will be open from Wednesday, October 8, 2025, to Wednesday, October 15, 2025. This follows a directive from President John Dramani Mahama after a Technical and Forensic Audit of the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP) found the system unsatisfactory.
The NSA has declared all previous registrations from June 2025 null and void, directing all prospective personnel to re-register on the new platform. Legitimate registrants from the June exercise will receive refunds of their service fees. To facilitate a smooth registration process, step-by-step guidelines will be available on the NSA’s new website, (link unavailable), starting October 7, 2025.
In a bid to improve efficiency and transparency, the NSA has implemented stringent IT reforms and internal controls to tackle payroll fraud and ensure prompt payment of allowances. The Authority is also working closely with the Controller and Accountant General’s Department to strengthen financial oversight and conduct periodic efficiency checks.
National service personnel are expected to report to their assigned service stations on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with the service year officially beginning on Monday, November 3, 2025.
