Everton FC manager David Moyes believes that Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus is looking like the best signing Tottenham Hotspurs made this offseason.
Moyes and Kudus share a relationship from their one season run together at West Ham United that had the Hammers make it to the Europa League quarterfinals.
David Moyes was let go after the 2023-2024 season and wound up at former club Everton while Kudus largely struggled in the 2024-2025 season before joining Spurs this offseason.

Speaking after Everton’s 3-0 loss to Spurs in the English Premier League, Moyes praised Kudus’ performances and added that,
He’s a brilliant player. He-Kudus- has so many attributes to his game. I hugely enjoyed managing him. He’s just finding his form at Tottenham.”
“From a distance, he looks like their best buy of the summer. He can play several positions if you want him.”
In 13 games in all competitions, Kudus has a goal and five assists for Spurs while being a top three ranked player among Europe’s top five leagues in dribbles completed.
