The King attributed Accra’s status as the national capital to the Ga people’s hospitality, saying, “It is because of our receptive and welcoming nature that the capital of Ghana has been maintained in the Greater Accra region.” He urged residents to honor the cultural heritage of the Ga people, stating, “Let no one disrespect us for hosting the capital.”
Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II concluded by calling for unity among the Gadangme people, urging them to come together in strength and solidarity. His remarks reinforced the values of respect, inclusion, and cultural pride as vital for building a harmonious society.
