Bridget Bonnie appointed Ghana High Commission’s Head of Information in UK, commits to Mahama’s Reset Agenda

The newly appointed Head of Information at the Ghana High Commission in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, Bridget Bonnie, has assured that she will work diligently with High Commissioner Her Excellency Sabah Zita Benson to attain the mission’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These goals are set in alignment with the “Reset Agenda” of President John Dramani Mahama.

President John Dramani Mahama appointed her to the role on Sunday, November 2.

In a statement responding to her appointment, Ms. Bonnie expressed gratitude and commitment:

“It is a profound honor to serve at the Ghana High Commission in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland as the Head of Information. I am sincerely grateful for this privilege and remain deeply committed to advancing the Mission’s communication and public diplomacy agenda.”

She further stated her commitment to teamwork: “Under the distinguished leadership of Her Excellency Sabah Zita Benson, High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, I look forward to contributing meaningfully toward the attainment of the High Commission’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in alignment with the visionary Reset Agenda of H.E John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana.”

Ms. Bonnie extended her gratitude to the President and the Ghanaian youth, stating, “Together, we will build the Ghana we want.”

The High Commission serves as an efficient one-stop reference for general information on Ghana and a market of policies for the effective promotion of Trade, Investment, Tourism, Immigration, and Consular services. It also produces and disseminates publications on various aspects of Ghana’s national activity, which can be requested from the Information Section at 13 Belgrave Square, London, SW1X 8PN, or the Trade Section at 104 Highgate Hill, London N6 5HE.

The mission also ensures oversight coordination of four Ghanaian parastatals located in London: the Cocoa Marketing Company, Ghana Forestry Commission, Ghana International Bank, and the Universities of Ghana.
