The spokesperson for Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has outlined a people-centred development vision focused on education, skills, and opportunity. Mr. Opoku Mensah emphasized that Dr. Adutwum’s approach targets poverty at the community and individual levels, moving beyond mere economic figures.

Mr. Opoku Mensah highlighted that Dr. Adutwum’s philosophy leverages education, particularly STEM and technical training, to empower Ghanaians for global competitiveness. The vision includes annual training of engineers from districts across the country, equipping communities with technical capacity to attract industrial investment. The approach draws lessons from countries like Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam, where human capital investment drove economic transformation.

Mr. Opoku Mensah urged NPP delegates to view the January 31, 2026, presidential election as a choice between ideas, competence, and national direction.
