Spokesperson for former Education Minister, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Yaw Opoku Mensah, has called on party supporters not to be disheartened by the loss of the Akwatia parliamentary seat. Instead, he views the setback as a stepping stone toward a stronger comeback.
According to Mensah, the party’s superior policies and programs position it well for national transformation. “We may have lost the seat, but this should awaken our collective spirit and actions towards a stronger comeback, with even more hunger for the ultimate,” he said.
Mensah highlighted Dr. Adutwum’s agenda of hope and bold reforms, emphasizing that the party’s vision is not limited to national development but also seeks to strengthen the party. He stressed that with collective interests, effective strategies, and operational discipline, the party will rise again as a viable alternative for Ghana’s transformation.
The spokesperson particularly emphasized the party’s focus on the youth, assuring that under Dr. Adutwum’s leadership, their future looks bright. “We cannot disappoint the youth, nor look unconcerned about their future. Under our watch, their future looks bright, where every skill and talent will find a place in the economy,” he said.
Mensah concluded that Dr. Adutwum’s leadership will energize the party base, restore confidence, and project strong leadership credentials, enabling the party to bounce back stronger than ever before.
